For what purpose we collect data from you and how we process it

Newsletter. By subscribing to the newsletter, you will receive news, valuable content and industry information from us. When you sign up, you provide us with your name and email address in the form. Payment Gateway. When you purchase a product or service, you make a payment through an online payment system provider at a payment gateway. This is a functioning application that is linked to acquirers, banks and other financial institutions and which allows you to transfer data to the IT systems of these institutions in order to complete online payment transactions. When making a payment, you will be asked to provide the data necessary to initiate the payment process. Your data is stored on the server of the service provider until memento, when it is no longer needed to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. An entrustment agreement for the processing of personal data has been drawn up with the service provider by the Administrator.

In order to analyse the use of our website by users, we have installed a tool on our website that enables us to create reports on website activity, measure the effectiveness of content and provide other services relating to website and internet usage. Do we transfer your data to countries outside the European Economic Area?

In connection with the Administrator’s use of tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel, your personal data may be transferred to the following third countries: USA, Chile, Singapore and Taiwan (Republic of China). The transfer of data to the aforementioned third countries is based on contractual clauses ensuring an adequate level of protection, in line with the standard contractual clauses set out in Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 of 4 June 2021 on standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to third countries under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Final provisions
